Chip brings over a decade of experience in real estate development and operations, with a passion for creating special spaces and experiences that foster meaningful connections. Having overseen $500M in mixed-use assets—including retail, office, industrial and multifamily housing—Chip specializes in adaptive reuse, creative activation, and community-focused development.
Martha is a seasoned strategist, known for fostering impactful partnerships and integrating arts and culture into strategic growth. With experience across sectors—from global institutions to local initiatives—she has driven projects that connect cultural identity with economic development, delivering long-term, sustainable impact.
