Chip brings over 15 years of experience in real estate development and operations, with a passion for creating special spaces and experiences that foster meaningful connections. He has overseen $850M+ in mixed-use assets and driven over $150M in new value creation across retail, office, multifamily, and industrial portfolios. Chip specializes in adaptive reuse, creative placemaking, and community-focused development.

Martha is a seasoned strategist, known for fostering impactful partnerships and integrating arts and culture into strategic growth. With experience across sectors—from global institutions to local initiatives—she has driven projects that connect cultural identity with economic development, delivering long-term, sustainable impact.
